Winter storage is available for participants starting at the end of October with storage ending April 27th. If you would like to use our storage facility, please review the process and set an appointment date with the center’s staff to get your vehicle in. Paperwork is included in your storage packet. Please fill the Storage Waiver out completely! You may stop in person as well during open office hours if you have questions. Every year we offer our returning customers the early option to continue their storage. Any customer who wishes to discontinue storage may do so at this time. If you do choose this option, please let the center know as soon as possible so your spot may become available to another patron. Any remaining slots will be offered to the general public. You may also place your name on the waiting list and a staff member will contact you as soon as a spot opens up that would fit your vehicle.
NOTE: The height of Campers cannot exceed 10 feet including the top of the air conditioning unit. The width cannot exceed 8 feet. Items larger than the dimensions given will not fit through the entry door.
Drop Off: October 23rd, 2017 – Patrons may call to arrange their drop off time or they will be contacted by a staff member. It is important to mark this date down as boats and other items are placed into storage in specific order due to their size. If you will be more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time, please call the center to let a staff member know. We will be accepting drop off’s during the week this year during office hours and on the weekend.*Waiver, insurance and payment are due at this time!
Pick Up: A staff member will call to arrange your pick up time once all items are securely placed into storage. Please remember that the FIRST items in are the LAST items out. Failure to remove your item on the date given may result in additional storage fees. All items MUST be removed by April 27. If you are unable to remove your item by this date you will not have access to the storage facility until the following week as Track and Field OVAC’s are occurring all week starting the 30th.
All storage patrons should have pre-arranged appointment times. Our garages are located in an area of heavy school traffic and we work to coordinate appointment times to avoid large events such as track meets and football games. Once your item is in storage, you will not be able to remove it until April.
